As weird as things are I could see them dropping one to a derp somewhere and beating Stanford. There's something kind of fucky with this team this year and it is more than just Browning or strange play calling. Their special teams are anything but special unless special ed counts.

With Browning, the thing is this. He's really good at what he does, and that's not everything. Fans are unreasonable and think because by 2018 a few freaks that can work absolute wizard magic at the position have come alone anyone who can't should be benched for the next guy. If you work down the list of what might be holding the offense back, Browning is way down the list.

My issue with Browning is he makes mistakes that a senior QB shouldn't be making. The only reason Utah even had a chance in the 4th quarter tonight was because of a horrible interception that should never have happened. Thankfully the Utah lineman has butterfingers and the defense is amazing.

Yeah, even those shit announcers were asking why the fuck he wasn't out there in the first half but was available for a few plays in the second.

Very glad we got the W and I'm still not all that upset with most of what I saw tonight. Special Teams and Redzone are concerns, but there is still plenty more football to be played and it's fixable stuff. The Oline is becoming an issue which sucks since it was looking so solid going into Aug. But we still got some solid talent there and hopefully, we can work through it.

Utah was projected as a loss for us by many prognosticators. They and the Ducks are the two road games that will probably be the most challenging this year. I think were still at a different level than the Ducks right now, but we slow start or perform a bunch of dumb turnovers, and we could give the game to them.

Anyway, got the W and plenty of work to do. Not bad.
