Yikes. How far do you expect that lineup to take you?
Not sure what you mean, the only regular im sitting is Gardner who has been absolutely brutal for months, and wouldnt stand a chance against Kuechel

I hope Girardi throws loyalty out the window for once and goes with a lineup that makes sense.....Gardner is batting .060 since the ASB against lefties...if he is in the lineup, i am honestly running on the field from Stans tonight.......
20 other teams would love to be facing Kuechel at home with their "ace" on the mound and a shot at making the LDS. When you punch a ticket to the postseason, you have a chance and that's all you can hope for.
Dat defense doe?
Im not confident tonight....Tanaka is known for that early 2 run HR, and than settles in nicely...Tonight, that 2 run HR will bury them.....Kuechel will be amped to throw with a lead....

Tanaka needs to be masterful, he has it in him, the dominant Tanaka has popped up in some key spots this season, @ Toronto sticks out......And they need to run into a mistake or 2 from Kuechel

There aren't words to describe how happy I'd be if A-Rod had a multi home run game tonight and did the degeneration-x "suck it" move at home plate every time.

Richards is really good too even though he got blasted at NYY this year, the only "easy" starter would have been Hughes. And if you face Richards, you'd have also had to face the best player in baseball, a sure fire HOFer, and Freese who isn't nearly as good as the others but has gotten very big hits in the postseason before. Neither team would be a cakewalk. Twins would have been the "easiest" of the 3 but I didn't think they had a shot anyway despite being 1GB.When the other possibilities were Garrett Richards or Phil Hughes heading into the weekend, im not as excited as I could have been
Friday, at their NEW HOME, the Barclays Center, against the villainous but successful Chicago Blackhawks. This gives Bks plenty of grieving time for his yanks before switching gears
What about our BEEEELoved Outer Borough Islanders?!?
Unfortunately Young hasn't been much better in the 2nd half.
Both teams completely sucked ass down the stretch. Their ace is going on 3 days for the first time all year and he isn't as good on the road.
Let's just hope Tanaka was rusty in his last start (11 days off) and will pitch better this time around. He was actually not bad after the first inning as he was shaking off the rust. His 4 starts before that were stellar.
Definitely true, but Young actually has a nice resume against Kuechel

See, @bksballer89 , here's what a Yankees fan post looks like. Pay no attention to the string of Star Wars branded ben wa balls hanging out of his ass.
Original 6!!!!
I just meant that that lineup looks awfully mediocre. Beltran-Arod-McCann as your 3-4-5 is pretty lousy. Then again, it's gotten them this far.
