It wasn't pouring when the game started, though. And the game started on time and was played the whole game with no delays. I guess people checked out at 4:00? Because it was fine at 7:00.

I left work at 530 and it was pouring. I couldn't even walk to the normal train I usually take. It began to ease up after 6 but at that point everyone decision was made and I don't blame them.

Where is the New York media with the story???? This whole thing with CC stinks.

There are different angles........a lot of sympathy, how "courageous", etc.

But there are some finding the timing of it all very curious

The word "Courageous" lost all meaning to me after the whole Bruce Jenner abortion.

LOL! Why doesn't she have a drink with you?

She does from time to time, but I need her to be a mother sometimes....Im bringing her with me to Stans tonight cause its tradition for me to get really wasted on the last night of every season, like I anticipate tonight.......She's the optimist, saying it wont be the last night......"Well babe, just in case, I better get fucked up tonight"

I was just looking at MLB attendance this year. Somehow the Indians were the worst home draw in the league(even below TB), playing at 41% of capacity this year. That is embarrassing. TB was at 45.2% of capacity, BTW.

Buffalo Trace!

I lean towards Maker's Mark, but that is pretty good stuff.

This will give you all a little insight into the mystery that is SlinkyRedfoot.

Two years ago, the liquor store I go to actually gave me a bottle of Buffalo Trace as a Christmas present. A fucking holiday gift from the liquor store. . .

Hahaha.

Crazy thing is I went to more games this year than I have for the last few.

I used to go to 20-30 games a year, then I blew a load in Mrs Redfoot, Slink Jr came out, and my personal time has just gone to shit since.

Oh completely. But CC was also going to be in the ALDS rotation. Now they would have to start who, Warren(?) instead? And "leadership" is overrated, but I think of CC as one of the guys that the team rallies around. The whole thing is really weird. It's nice that he waited until the last day of the season to quit on his team, though, because he's already got his salary for the year. The playoff per-diem is a huge pay cut for him.

Clevelanders blew their load on LeBrown.

It is a shame. The Tribe made some serious improvements to Jacob's Field. I've been to a lot of parks, and it's pretty high on the list.
