Those are the numbers from last year. They mean nothing heading into this season. How can you have an RPI rating before the games are even played?

They mean nothing to most basketball fans even after the season starts. The "Relative Power Index" will start as soon as this season's games start. But it does mean something to me. It means at the end of last year Duke plays the nation's toughest schedule. By the looks of their schedule this season I'd say that won't change.
