Utah has given up on rebounds on the offensive end, they are just sprinting back after every shot....I dunno about this.
Utah is the best team in the NBA.
They have been so for 3 months now. They flipped a switch in January and have been virtually unbeatable.
They are better than both GS and Houston at this moment.
GS can probably get back to being the best as they have the talent edge, but I am not sure Houston can reclaim the crown.
The Rockets might be only the 3rd best team, as that is how good Utah has been in the 2nd half.
Still a long ways to go....anything can happen regardless of who is the best team.
Utah's been pretty good since January. But they're 5-3 in the playoffs right now, and you could make the argument that the OKC series should've went 7 with a non-call on Gobert's foul on PG near the end of the game. So I wouldn't exactly call Utah unbeatable.
I still think Houston wins this series. But Utah's going to take this to at least 6.
But they are a pretty damn impressive team. Quin Snyder probably should win Coach of the Year although Stevens probably will and is deserving as well.
If I had a vote, it'd be for....
1) Brett Brown
2) Quinn Snyder
3) Nate McMillan
Brown did a great job this year. But he also has 2 of the 3 or 4 best players under 25 in the NBA. In many years he would absolutely be deserving of the award. But he is, at best, third this year. And I'm a Sixers fan.
