He has to be. He has defensive flexibility, which the Giants really love. My question is, has he passed Hanson?Gotta figure d’Arnaud has firmly passed up KT on the depth chart as far as next year goes, right?

Bryce Harper is apparently on the market now..... do the Giants make an early splash?
If Canario, Bart and Ramos are off the table, I'd consider it.
So, a rental for a team with no real chance, for a hitter who won't hit well at AT&T, and who will cost way too much to sign? Hard pass.
Pretty much
He's also been terrible defensively this year
So....why would you 'consider it' again?
I could be convinced. Think of it like this; if the Giants weren't giving away their top guys (should including Luciano in that group), they get a 2 month trial to decide if Harper is a good fit for the team without having to invest $300-400m in him.
Is a trial run worth a decent amount of prospects, IDK. Probably not. But I could be convinced.
I just don't see it that way at all, but I doubt it happens.
Not sure I have mentioned it here, but I like watching Hanson play baseball. He is fun to watch. He has to be. He has defensive flexibility, which the Giants really love. My question is, has he passed Hanson?
