I'll be very honest, the Lakers played like they didn't give a fuck and deserved to lose. This is the reason why the Nuggets are defending champs. That being said, there were some VERY questionable calls last night. But that's definitely not the main reason they lost.

Kinda depends on the situation. You can lose a series 4-2 with each game lost by 20+ points, or you can lose a series 4-0 with each loss by just a couple of points. However in the Lakers case, they certainly did get blown out by the Nuggets.
