Making a ton of Mac and Cheese. About 14lbs. of beef to make jerky. I have some bacon and lil' smokies and I'm going to wrap them with bacon and then sprinkle brown sugar on them.
Simple Prefect Chili
So I'm making it with 10lbs. of beef
5lbs of hamburger and 5lbs. of Chopped up Beef that I'll be smoking on the smoker.
We'll see how this turns out.
Any of you fine posters have a great homemade bbq sauce recipe you want to share?
I've been messing around with a few recipes I've found online but nothing that is fantastic yet.
