Sometimes when I go places around here I will order 2 drinks. You can see the moment the server believes they are about to get yelled at for dumb state law they have no say in.
The ideal world is nobody makes a judgment and the media stays out of it until all the facts are in. That will never happen. I absolutely agree the false accusers need to be held responsible, but it can't switch to a presumption that the accusers are lying, that will harm victims as well.
This is the first time that a false accuser from this type of thing has been indicted with a felony since me too. It changes things, but it is not all good. I think false accusers facing punishment is a very good thing, but I also think this will silence actual victims who are afraid to come...
That injury was a bummer. If he could have stopped running his mouth while hurt I am confident the Lions work harder to bring him back. The team was better when he played. Running your mouth while competing is no issue, he added backbone, running it from the sidelines was tiresome.
I fully admit I am not in deep for Rams draft history, but what I see looking at that is a lack of early-round picks. Those are more likely to pan out, so they are loading up on way more dart throws than other teams with fewer likely hits. It can skew the overall results of what it looks like...
This site mock draft just finished. I apologize to all Rams fans for the second round pick. Got great value in 5th/6th rounds however.
LOS ANGELES RAMS (Meebs)

2.20 : Junior Colson - ILB - Michigan
3.19 : Bralen Trice - Edge - Washington

Conley, KAT, and Reid all have over 40% on 5 attempts a game. Walker Alexander is 39% on 4. KAT is the only one of the group that has real gravity about him, but they shoot ok as a team overall.
Naz mitigates some of it, the other is at any given point the Wolves have 2 other players that can defend the paint, so it Gobert gets pulled out a bit some combination of McDaniels, Kat, and Naz makes it so the paint is not a free square like it was with the Jazz. Kat obviously being the...
depending on salary cap management. With great GM work I don't see when it closes. Decade was a throw in number, but it is hard to see the end of the window.
Thunder and Wolves are in a similar boat, they probably need a year of solid playoff experience before they are ready to truly compete. The main difference is that the Wolves window is pretty short, Thunders window is open for a decade....
I agree 72 is a good thing, I also don't think a player getting hurt forcing Reid to the starting lineup should not invalidate everything he was as their 6th man.
I would feel comfortable with Reid winning that way as well. I get the 6th man has always been a who scored the most award, but Reid was a more efficient scorer while being a significantly better defender. All year, bench or not, the Wolves have been a better team when he is on the floor. Kings...
I think Reid had a solid case for whether or not KAT got hurt. His 14 games as a starter he averaged 6 more minutes a game. I would say Monk missing 10 games is a bigger impact than the 84 extra minutes Reid put up as a starter. You can make the case that the fact he was good enough to step in...
