Let's kick off the start of the domination of the Bears...and yes, this is the start of it and one of my all time favorite games...Halloween, raining sideways and Bears taking a beat down...game starts at about 28 minutes
The Bears didn't have the first pick last year? CJ Stroud was there, ripe for the picking...
You should get a piece of that foam for your head, the cold is affecting your critical thinking skills
Don't worry....Eagles fans will love giving up a 3rd and 2 7th round picks and getting back Pickett and a 4th when they understand they could've given up a 6th that would turn into a 4th in 2025 for Fields...read this thread, they claim Howie is the only chess player GM in the NFL and the Eagles...
In other news, that pretty much locks the Bears into the 1st pick in the draft and Caleb Williams. Should be a great time adding his dad to the Chicago sports media. Can't wait for the stupidity to start, now I just have to wait to see which morons go off first.
Honestly, he can throw the ball pretty well, most of his problems come when it matters most, 3rd down and bone head plays in the 4th quarter. Don't tell anybody though, let them think he just sucks and is a RB that can't throw. Denial isn't a river in Africa....just saying
I'm guessing you haven't really watched Fields play. He can actually throw the ball pretty well, his problem is decision making and reading a defense well. If that's something the Steelers can fix they might have something, if they can't, then he might be done. Either way the cost is nothing...
A 6th round pick is not a steep price to pay to get a very good look at a guy that a few years ago scouts were drooling over. Now the Steelers get a first hand look at the guy and see if there is something there they can build on. Fields needed a change of scenery for sure and the Steelers are...
I was thinking the Packers were going to try to trade Alexander. I haven't really heard anything about it, but for some reason some of his antics make him a square peg in Green Bay. I might be wrong...just thinking out loud...or on a keyboard
You can start with the positions the guys on your board are constantly complaining about, then think about building a team in terms of solid depth. I'm pretty sure most 7-10 teams don't believe they're 4 positions away from a Lombardi.
FYI...the Bears now have a total of 4 draft picks. That would be good if they had a complete team without a lot of holes, but they're not.
Something tells me they're going to be trading one of the 2 1st round picks for more picks/players.
