Following the GOAT? I know coaches have to have an alpha type mentality but going to the pressure cooker of the SEC?
Good luck coach. You're going to need it.

Byrne has already gotten ahead of the chatter in a statement released on his social media: “Next time I talk publicly will be to announce our new coach. If you don’t hear it from me, don’t...
Saban's retirement is a shocker as there were no indications that he was ready to end his coaching career so soon. His departure opens up the most coveted coaching job in college football and Alabama will be able to pick from nearly any viable candidate that it wants...
Well, coaching culture and the mercenaries of nil and the portal.
BAMA has an established culture with Saban being there for so long and stamping his personality on the program.
Norvell is fairly new at FSU(rhyme?) and not sure he is that well established yet.
And esp after the first several games of the season it was looking like a tuff year for BAMA. That slopfest with USF was really REALLY ugly.
To now, SEC Champ and ending Ga's win streak to boot.
A turnaround for the ages.
ROLL TIDE!!!!!!
All this going on during the season. Methinks some bidding wars will be going on.
Look. People can be as stupid with their money as the want to. That is their privilege. But should take a look at TAMU and Mich St for exorbitant contracts with little to show for it.
