How good is Oklahoma State supposed to be this season? Aside from Oklahoma & Texas, that's a very weak schedule.

Time for conference championships to matter more. 16 team playoff; 10 conference champions + 6 at large. Alabama would have been an at large bid in the 2011 season. With no conference championship, ND still can get an at large berth.
