why? it is too depressing
Mobley can barely walk....Mitchell has a bum ankle but put up a huge effort....Garland should pull a Ronnie Lott and just have the toe cut off if you ask me.....Hunter cant play To win 64 games, dominate round 1 and then see it all come apart because of some shit...
Thomas basically been hurt and ineffective, and not having Fry has really hurt early on.
It amazes me the Guards have the record they have to be honest with you.
I think Fry has started taking some swings- all though its a bummer that he will only be able to DH. He is really a nice weapon...
Cavs just did not shoot well---- must win on Tuesday.....I think Indiana was hot from the beginning and the Cavs looked a little slow.....hopefully that changes
Oh I ahte the Bricks- but my real hate is for the Heat and Lakers-- my Pistons hate has died down considerably. Seeing the Cavs slaughter the Heat in the most lopsided series in NBA history was very fulfilling- esp. Herro bragging about how the defense was bad and he had them figured out and...
if you had the choice between having Mitchell AND Mobley- or having 2015/16 Prime LeBron AND dude/man/guy- you take Prime LeBron and dude man guy. HAving the best player in a playoff series is a gigantic advantage---- and like I said- 2015/16 LeBron was still prime LeBron- maybe the best combo...
that was a total bummer the year before- losing Kyrie and Love.....if the shoe was on the other foot and the Cavs were healthy and the Warriors lost 2 of their best players it would have been a slaughter- at least they made a good showing out of it.
This is really the series that will determine if the Cavs had a "successful" season or not.
To a certain extent- the progress Garland and Mobley have shown, the 1 seed, 64 wins, finding a head coach that unlocked the offense and should be here long term, finding a balance between offense and...
not sure about the defense thing....I remember defense being the calling card....
I looked it up and regular season had the 4th ranked defense in the NBA- practically tied for 3rd. TT and LeBron were monsters defensively at that time.
Plus- its a little different ball game in the post season...
he is an athlete which seems to be what they are missing. Did the guy fall that far out of favor? He was being hyped for a while there.....if he had any trade value they are destroying it right now.
Golden State has a lot of talent---- but Houston is just so young with some many good athletes and a good amount of size.....
Vets win in the playoffs- but you need a balance amongst your big time guys...Curry, Butler, Draymond, etc.....Houston seems to be just making them work so hard...
yah it doesnt thrill me either- its just a funny feeling I have...well see. Big arm, lot of experience....Penn State's passing game is just atrocious though so that is obviously a red flag...not sure how much is Allar and how much is the program.
@Shanemansj13 @dtgold88
I was a little nervous when Gimenez had such a hot start for Toronto- but after like the first week and a half he has been absolute dog shit from the plate...hes down to .177........not sure what happened to this guy.
that could go down as an amazing trade- getting off...
my thoughts on the Browns-
first- Stefanski is a really good coach and with a decent QB will be able to put up some points and the o-line and running game should be a lot better.
the defense has 2 of the best players in the league at premium positions - Garrett and Ward. The defense wont be...
for some odd reason I see Drew Allar as the Browns #1 pick next year...just a feeling...I dont think Manning is coming out- and even if he does- i dont see the Browns drafting in the top 4--- and unless a team with a QB in hand thats really good is at #1- no one is trading that pick if Manning...
I think I remember reading somewhere that the only statistic that can basically positively correlate a QB having success from college to the NFL is amount of college games played.
I was not a fan of the Gabriel pick- but clearly this was a guy Stefanski himself liked and wanted. Stefanski...
Reeves plays no D.....Doncic is not in good enough shape to play D and even if he was in good shape its not his forte....LeBron is too old to play balls to the wall on both sides of the floor.
They need a 3 and D wing....an athletic center that can rebound and play defense and a 4 that is...
its a case of where it was just a mish mash of a roster....they traded for Doncic because they absolutely had to make that deal- and were left with a roster that did not make much sense in the playoffs. No big men really- none that can rebound at least. Hachimura is a 17-20 minute bench...
Cleveland is going to have a LOT of roster turnover fairly soon
Walters has got to be up soon
Sabrowski is getting closer
Stephen and Fry are getting closer
Bieber will be here
thats at a minimum- not counting like Delauter, Brito, etc.
Guards are still such a young team with talent...
