6 years since LeBron left. Certainly not 6 years of true rebuild. Riley was actually set back a few seasons because of the picks he had to give up, being blindsided, and Boshs illness. The turnaround is from a couple exceptional drafts and evaluating G league talent, plus getting Butler.
