Well his arraignment has been pushed back to September 2. Was July 30.

I think he will be suspended until it is resolved in court. Even though the rule states he can play since it is a misdemeanor. The spotlight is too bright to do anything else. Imo.

I dont need any lip from Ped State. Buying players or covering up players crimes is nothing like the disgusting acts the university of Pedobears tried to sweep under the rug. You guys should have gotten the death penalty for that. There is just no excuse. Fucking pathetic.

Which has nothing to do with you all being cheaters forever. You get the death penalty for multiple offenses. We had none before, Bama on the other hand should've had the death penalty and when reincarnated killed again.

Yes they added another attorney. The SAO also switched prosecutors. Hence the date being pushed back. Intimidation? Huh?

Did you read the article? One of the first things out of the new guy's mouth was the threat of a civil action.

It also gives more time for the Seminole Mafia to leak her name, send her death threats, and intimidate her to drop the charges. But that hasn't happened before.

That did not come from the new lawyer. That is from the original one. Also it needs to be noted that his civil action is on the SAO. He has questioned the photo array used in her identification due to nobody else who was a witness not picking him out. Did not take it as him threatening the woman, but I can see how you came to that conclusion based upon the article.

Here is the probable cause affidavit that Willie Meggs signed for Cook's arrest warrant. The notations are from his attorney. 3rd page first paragraph is what is really weird. Not to mention the father of the woman who was not there being a witness. Page 3 states the officer first showed the woman social media pictures of Cook. Then he gave her a photo array of people with Cook being one of them. No wonder his attorney is pissed.
