I was expecting this - already playing better then Nick Young and hustles hard

Nick Young is streaky and im concerned that benching him will negatively affect his confidence. However he can light it up at any time and could actually provide a spark off the bench.

Stu Lantz the NBA analyst for the Lakers said this wasn't a demotion for Nick Young, but a way to find more shots for him and increase his productivity which so far has worked out. Henry is listed as shooting guard though and Young as a small forward, so that means D'antoni is playing three guards instead of two forwards

True I wasnt a fan of it initially but it may be helpful to have Young coming off the bench as he can score at any time.

Henry is way more aggressive taking it to the hole than Young. Good move.

Good move. I think Young will play better long term being part of the bench mob. Less pressure on him compared to being a starter. He seemed to be pressing the first few games.

Henry is playing all around better ball - which is what we want in our starting lineup. Young can be an offensive spark off the bench. On the nights where he is not, he goes back after a few minutes rest for Henry.

Love it.
