When they drafted him i didn't understand it as he seem very similar to Allen. Now with Allen gone, if he can be close to Allen then that'll help a lot

I really don’t know much about him, but I heard he has more of a perimeter modern big skill set.
Could be a good compliment to DJ if he can play 20 minutes or so.

reading his scouting report now from when he was drafted. Can possibly be better than Allen if he gets healthy
Defensive Outlook
Defense will drive his value. Scouts are drawn to his potential to be a switch defender who can guard in space and make plays on the ball.

Yeah but you could say they got a lot mire than that if you follow the string of trades. Allen came from the assets too but either way the Cavs seem to win it as far as right now

close to allen?
the guy was playing 26 minutes a night and right about top 10 in blocks and rebounds, and allen can guard the rim and shoot a jumper. There are guys on NBA teams that arent going to give you close to that.
