The only thing that is clear is that they are a committed member of the B1G. It doesn’t address playing in the fall at all.

I think it is below 50% it happens but I'm betting the talks are happening to see what it would look like and how it could be accomplished. They would be stupid not to investigate.

No talks are happening. If Nebraska tries to play a schedule in the fall, they won't be in the B1G.

While I agree that he didn't directly say that they wouldn't still try to play, I think he was saying that indirectly.

This has been going on for a few days. My guess would be that Nebraska's lawyers have been scouring the B1G's by laws looking for any out/loophole they could find to try to make it happen and were unsuccessful.

I hope I'm wrong and you're right. But I think that's what has happened.
