Well, you have to decide what the character is in order to "take a side".
Movies and television shows write a script which paints certain people as the villains. Yellowstone started by painting nearly all characters as bad people and has since softened there angle.
It's a good show and I will continue to watch.

I never really watched the opening credits and just realized that friggin' Cole Hauser is Rip.

I'd like to see more of John Dutton interacting with Chief Rainwater.
We know there is conflict between the two, but they are now forced to work together and those storylines are always fun to watch.

I think that they’re trying to separate themselves from Longmire instead of doing more of what has already been done.

I’ve been binge watching this over the past few weeks. I just finished episode two of season three yesterday. This season doesn’t seem to be as good as the other two so far but I’ll stick with it.

Yeah, season 3 has been a bit disjointed.
The storylines don't seem to flow as well between one another.
But, it gets good.

I mean, they can only use the 'Dutton family gets knocked around, comes back swinging, everything back to normal' routine every season. But, I'm expecting a big shakeup in the finale.

I’m just wondering how those two yahoos got killed in the trailer. How hard is it to just lay down with your feet to the wall? It’s a minor detail but come on.

I bought the season on Amazon Prime. Is it eight episodes or are there one or two more to come later?

but this season of Yellowstone has really fallen flat for me

Yeah, they could of at least had one of the people who got stomped by horses in the creek die. Would have added something.

The branding thing is kind of dumb to me. Are they really paying the ranch hands so much money that they will agree to go through excruciating pain to work there? Paying them enough to witness and commit murder and not turn them into the cops? Heck, Lloyd brought a guy they don't trust to dump 2 bodies off a cliff and told him that it was where they always dump the bodies.

I think episode 9 just aired Sunday.
I think there are 10.

The brand is for convicts with nowhere to turn but them. The only thing keeping them from life in prison is loyalty to the ranch. It’s kind of like a gang, it gives them protection and shows loyalty.

Yeah, not sure why it was Lloyd and that dude dumping the bodies.

The only thing I can think of is that the blonde is interested in that dude and I'm guessing he kills Lloyd in the finale as makes his escape or something.

I don't know. Can't go through every season with everyone staying alive all the time, especially the ranch hands.

Oh yeah, that was excellent, but I thought that was obvious.
No idea what Dutton wants to do about Beth's firm being bought out.

Maybe a cliffhanger going into the next season?

She was Emmy worthy the first 2 seasons

and the Jamie Father thing better go somewhere, otherwise just a waste of time

I think there is going to be more then just that as a cliffhanger, they have a ton of open ended stories going on now and there is no way they finish them all off this Sunday.

I don't remember why exactly this series was terrible. Pretty sure it was an unrealistic story line and unrealistic characters.

Similar to Longmire being unrealistic in that there was a murder every week in a podunk northern wyoming ghost town.

How do you know that?

Did you read somewhere that she's not filming season 4 currently?

I read all the articles this morning and all I saw was her saying "It has been a good run" or something like that but that could be misdirection.

If it was her Rip will probably set a new murder record next season.

Why would they have the scene with Rip and his dead mother if they intended to kill Beth off?
Do they really need a reason to make Rip any angrier than he already is???

The way I see it, that bomb was meant to kill the person that opened it.
Although the blast blew out the windows, I'm thinking we get another season with Beth and scars.
