Pavel Bure is trending again because of this question:

My answer is Bobby Orr which again proves that I'm old and out of touch lol

At 10 it looks like I would have been completely up for grabs, Mike Bossy had just retired the previous season and Adam Graves was pretty much still in Windsor. I don't know how I survived that difficult time

I really hope that the Penguins come out and say specifically that Jack Johnson *is* fit to play.

Even though he got traded just before I turned 10, I would probably have to say Mike Foligno for 10 year old me. He was the reason I wore #17 as a kid

sure, that's fine, just add a player to the playoff roster who has never played in the league before.

Mike Bullard....yeah the Penguins didn't have much too root for until a few months later in '84.

I liked Mike Bullard during his brief tenure with the Flames - Not a great skater, but had a soft pair of mitts.

I was so excited when the Penguins traded for him. Thought he would have been a great fit for those cup years only to have him dealt to Buffalo for Ken Priestlay. :L

yah i was excited for him too ... thought he might get some time with Mario ... he moved back to vancouver area after retirement and owns a flooring company now :thumb:

I have always loved the Avanti. I almost bought one in the 80's, but the engine in it was seized and I wound up buying a Malibu Station wagon that the person who had it before me had swapped in a 454ci Big block.

CBA extension: just the weird stuff

Since font size is topical lol ... From the mou of the new cba:

AE5F1E19-0AA3-45E7-B202-2B1463E7546E.jpeg

They had a guy in the cesspool talking about how arbitrators were being bombarded with information by player agents for the hearings. The page limit existed in the old cba so player agencies started shrinking font size and spacing so they could jam more data into their case

Just found out that Kubalik was a 7th round pick who was traded to the Hawks for a 5th rounder a year ago. God damn.
