There is absolutely zero talk about a 13 game season transpiring. Like, nothing. You can google it and zero things come up related to this.

We both know there's always rumors about what's going on or potential plans. Just like we're hearing right now about camp/pre-season. There's nothing on this. They also wouldn't do it this way since many teams open with divisional games. The Lions open with two consecutively. Where as the Bears and others have one. They couldn't just chop off the front end like this. It would be totally imbalanced.

Not to mention, it would create an imbalance in division games played. Some have two in the first four weeks. Others have one.

In all fairness, I agree.
This is not about fairness. No football is a reallistic possibility.
Compared to no football and huge revenue losses, any kind of season is possible......
Imbalanced is trumped by by money.....

I was not factoring weeks but games per team. They even scheduled every team to have the same amount of home and road games the first four weeks.

You're not the only one with this thought.
I'm hearing similar comments from some coaches...(off the record of course).
IDK, but I do think if they start the season, and engage the TV partners, they will be prepared to play thru some positive cases.
My thoughts...they're going to try.
