Of course you don't because it doesn't fit you're moronic narrative. Fact is if Mahomes signed a year deal he wouldn't be getting 40M per.

No deal is the same amount per year. The average of his deal is between $45M-$50M per year.

you moving the goal post now? Those early playoff wins was more the defense. We'll see how this progresses but the last two years aren't all that.

I just responded to your question as to why he deserves elite money.

Not moving anything. Just Stating facts.

We did have the better defense by a bit. Who has the better weapons around him? IMO Dallas by leaps and bounds.

Nothing to do with Dak. He is a tier 3 ( great) Qb now. He needs to have some success WHEN IT COUNTS to be moved. Let's say playing in a NFC championship game moves him up a tier (pre-elite) to be with Cousins, Ryan and Jackson

No shit moron, and is the very reason I say he's not making 45per over the first 5 years, and why this 10 contract has almost no bearing on Daks contract.

Hell, if he averages 38M over the first 5 this deal actually hurts Dak, since this contract doesn't kick in money wise until 2022.

nothing to do with Dak? you made the statement about elite money.

Tier 3 and needs to make the conference championship game to be Cousins & Jackson in tier 2? Two guys that have yet to play in a conference championship game themselves? LOL...opinions vary on all that, champ.

First for the bottom. When you get to the 30's your brain starts playing tricks on you. It mixed up Jackson and Cousins with Tannehill and Keenum.

And I will stick with this because proving to
winning when it counts, playoffs, goes as far as stats.

And also using what you have around you.

Not sure why people are talking about Prescott here but oh well, carry on. As for this deal, a no brainer and no surprise at all. Everybody knew Mahomes extension would be in the 45 mil per year range after he won the SB. And I honestly figured 8 -10 yrs. Close to half a billion dollars by the time this kid is done. Not sure how KC manipulates the cap to sign other talent but they seem to have some sort of plan. Look at it this way. They do this now and aren't looking at an even bigger payday in 4 or 5 yrs.

You live in such a delusional world.

You still think that Dak is going to end up signing an extension for only like $33M per don't you?

it's really just the two eagles puppets. Dallas is always on their mind and Cowboy fans here aren't sure if the should laugh & point a finger or feel sorry for um. I tend to lean towards the first one

I still say he signs for less than Wilson, same as I always said. If he signs for 5 years he'll get the 35 Dallas has on the table, if he signs for 4 years he'll get more than Wentz got.

For those worried about Chiefs long term commitment.
They are only stuck with this contract up to 2022.
2023 it is only a 4 mil in dead cap
2024 2 mil dead cap
2025 zero!

It is really set up for both sides to take advantage of.
