We get a true pro coach. Then the world stops playing. Do you really need any more evidence that minnesota is forever cursed?

Title 9 dude.... not sure what the balance has to be, though

Yes, we may have to cut some mens sports, but it would be baseball, track, etc on cutting block

The U needs to maintain X amount of teams to stay in FBS, which they will. No way they give up the cash cow of being in B1G due to one year hiatus.

If any future bowl game is to end in a tie, let it be Minnesota vs Tennessee.

Coy Wire reporting: When was the last time there was a tie in college football? In an unprecedented conclusion to the Citrus Bowl, officials called the game after eight hours of severe weather with lightening kept Tennessee and Minnesota from returning to the field. At the time play was halted, Tennessee was lined up under center at their own 42 yard line following an excellent kick-off return. Just prior to that, the Golden Gophers had scored a touchdown, the extra point bringing them to a tie score with the Volunteers. Players and coaches of both teams wanted to resume play. Officials cited their safety as the reason for their final decision to call the game.

Nah its dead on. The guy is terrible.

Did you see us vs Wisconsin last year? You watch the offense now?

There is no gameplan. Its a run/pass option(that never results in the QB keeping it) that is a straight run or a slant. That is it. With only Bateman now, its getting exposed.

Vs Iowa down 14-0. He used up the almost the entire 3rd quarter because all we do is run for 5 yards(and use the whole play clock). Drive was 11 minutes. He then decides to kick a 40 yard field goal with no kicker down 14 and 1 qtr left. World class idiot.

Iowa bullies him worse than the Bears bully the Vikes......because its the same thing every single game.

If you think Fleck is an X and O's guy youre watching the absolute wrong games. Guy can come up with 1,000 corny sayings that apparently appeal to young kids these days, so hes an asset. Just find a brains behind the mantra.

Gophers had their best season in decades, you don't get that by luck.

Far too early to bail.

Weak schedule and a few legit NFL talents for a change. We lost the two big ones(Iowa and Wisconsin per usual). And thats the issue, we can recruit. But those teams run circles on us game planning.

I could play QB for Wisco, and I assure you I can't throw it 20 yards.

He did end losing streak vs Wis

He need to better vs rivals, but I wouldn't swap 10-2 for 2-10 but wins v ia and wi

Yeah like I said, hes clearly doing something right as a recruiter. We never have this kinda interest in the program. His corny Fleckisms don't appeal much to grown adults but they really work in the college landscape.

I just want someone else game planning and calling the game. Pj's time to shine is end of qtrs when he gets his sprint in.

Heavy over reaction. We have an absolute dumpster fire for a defense and one of the better running backs in the league. That means we need to run alot to keep the other teams offense off the field and play to our strengths. Tanner took a huge step back this year and these reasons firce us to be one dimensional.

We changed OC and lost 7 (I think) starters on defense, no spring ball, and shortened fall camp didn't help. I know other teams deal with similar issues, but I'm not going out too much stock 2020, we remain an embarrassing team next year and he should be on hot seat

Well it's tough to take a step forward when you don't uhhhhh throw the ball. Or when you don't have your QB keep it...ever.

Also, Ibrahim is good but hes a bowling ball. Tough for shitty teams to stop but against teams like Iowa? He ain't breaking big runs because well, he's not fast. And Iowa has the bodies to stop him.

You can't just run it 35 times when youre down 14 and it aint working. He did the same shit against Michigan. We were down 3 scores(game is over) and we are practicing runs???
