Would it be too much to suggest a 12-hour clock instead of a 24-hour clock?
Maybe have a dead period, where the clock isn't running, from like 11pm until 7 or 8am? Idk how you boys usually run these, and i'm not trying to step on toes, just spitballing.

Something else to add, every year the A league is faster and normally ends while the B league has 2 or 3 rounds to go. But they are close.

im gonna be honest, I have zero idea how to use excel or a google spreadsheet.
Im 36 and naive to that.
What i was going to do was just screen shot A fantasypros cheat sheet. Copy it to a photo editor and put a line through guys when they are picked......if someone else can do the spreadsheets, by all means.
