I'm glad the rocket took off safely but I'm having a hard time being excited about it when the it seems like the world is burning down around us. And it should. Plus I think Elon is an ass.

My friend, we should be watching either an Eastern or Western Conference final playoff game tonight. And the only musk we should be seeing is what the Old Spice guy is using

My aunt went missing when I was 16. A month later I received a letter from her that was marked for my eyes only. My parents brought it to me as I was watching Family Ties. What was it about? It was the one where Alex was trying to help Jennifer with her presentation on how a bill becomes a law but he ends up taking the whole project over.

I had one of my first sexual experiences at a Wang Chung concert in the late 80s. Let me give you more details. Wang Chung was a English new wave band consisting primarily of two members - Nick Feldman and Jack Hues. They had their main sucess in the late 80s with the album Mosaic which featured 3 top 40 singles.

New bit I'm working on. It's not quite there yet, but when it's done I think it's really going to heal the nation.

Former Baltimore Bullets Player Wes Unseld Dead At 74

Ah, damn. I used to work in a record store near where he settled down in Baltimore. He used to come in a lot. Was such a nice guy.

And he was HUGE.

RIP, Wes.

Man, that sucks. I remember watching him play in the late 70's/early 80's when we were lucky to get one or two NBA games a week and he was a dominant player.

/Of course, I was a Celtics fan :behindsofa:

The thing that's funny is I had no idea who he was at first, because I have never really cared about or watched basketball as a kid. He came in a few mornings and would talk to us about jazz music. He gave us some suggestions on good stuff to play. He was just Mr Wes.

Then one day someone walking by saw him and came in asking for his autograph. After that we would talk about more than just jazz. But he was still just Mr Wes.
