Perhaps the title is too broad, but no matter we are your friends and if you have an emotional problem we are here for you. Does it feel like its opening up where you are?

Yes, it's opening much to my dismay. I'm working from home, but debating on going back at all and just continuing to trade stock at home.

Hope everyone else is doing well.

I'm in Delaware. We have a small state population and a small case load. Last I looked, 2/3 of our fatalities were in nursing homes. Our governor seems to have thrown us in with the rest of the overcrowded, high infection Northeast, although we are not.

I live in a resort community. We have been crippled by restrictions which have paralyzed the hotels and restaurants.

We are supposed to be allowed some restaurant opening and the restoration of short-term rentals next Monday, June first. If we suddenly had full hotels but only 30% permitted occupancy at restaurants, this would be a clusterfuck.

I ate at a restaurant on Monday for the first time since March. Myself, two friends and one other small group on the other side of the restaurant.

Colorado is the only state that I’m aware of with a Democrat as governor, that has started opening up - at least to the extent that we have. LGM can get a pedicure while WalkerBoh gets a manuicure, but there are strict requirements as far as how close they can sit to each other, sanitizing between customers, no waiting inside, wearing masks, etc.

this week restaurants can open, but only at 50% capacity, with distancing, and no more than 8 people in a group, and no more than 50 total in the restaurant. Churches are allowed to open, again with many of the same restrictions.

As an “elderly” person, we won’t be going to restaurants yet or back to church when ours does open for awhile. Life is hard - we were supposed to be in Europe this week with our granddaughter. ;) I’m for being cautious, but also know that there has to be balance in life. I know I won’t be going back to Russia (or nowhere else on a flight) anytime soon - but we have great staff there to carry on.

stay safe and Go Broncos.

Texas is opening up in the teeth of increased covid cases. My opinion is this isn't very wise. I wear a mask outside (even though I hate it) as a curtesy to other people (my up bringing). My customers don't want in person visits - so I have to work the phones and I will be attending zoom meetings.

It seems terrible to me that with a common enemy in this virus - we can't seem to stay away from the political fights over masks, treatments and social distancing. God bless America. Stay safe and live your lives my friends.

We're pretty much open here in Arizona. Restaurants, bars, gyms, all shopping venues. Of course, they encourage the social distancing and I notice all of the stores now have that plastic divider at the checkout counter.

Even the local casinos are opening as quick as they set up their machines and tables for distancing. I know they expect we teachers to be back in the classrooms in August. Of course, the extreme summers in AZ often greatly diminish the effect of virus spreading.

Boise is opening up. "Phase 3" starts Saturday with bars and theaters opening. Restaurants opened last weekend for sit-down dining.

My wine business is tied mostly to restaurants. I am hoping to be operating at 50% of normal sales in June.

I am very thankful to live where I do.

So you’re saying the Alamo fell because they let enemy soldiers get too close before firing back?

No, that instruction is for the battle of Breed's Hill - wrongly identified throughout history as the Battle of Bunker Hill. This is also where the word "bunk" comes from.

But for @Broncogreg I'll raise you a "Damn the torpedo's, full speed ahead!" and sweeten the pot by adding: "I regret that I have but one life to give for my country."
