Third year in a row we've played them, all in Seattle - 2018, 2019, 2020. Got a break in 2017, played them at home in 2015, plus the home playoff game we blew that same year. We had 2014 off, and played them on the road in 2013 and 2012. So 6 regular season games in 9 years, 5 of which will have been in Seattle including 2020. I'm not seeing how the NFL comes up with numbers that lopsided when it comes to which team gets the home game between them.

Even if you go all the way back to the 70's and count the years Seattle was still in the AFC, we still had way more road games than home games against them. After 2020, it'll be 11 road games in Seattle to 6 games in Minnesota overall (not including the one playoff game). Seems to me that they should be coming to the Bank the next few times they meet.

Can't say I'm fan of opening season with GB

Nice that MN bolstered their pass rush, but O line and secondary are still concerns. DT probably third

I see this as another 10-6 team fighting for a wild card

hopefully we don't get swept by Chi and GB again. yuck

I still can not believe that THIS is the OL they are going to be breaking camp with.

They did some good things this offseason. But having the OL, which was horrid last year, actually go backwards deserves an offseason rating of an F. It was one of the two areas that NEEDED to improve in hopes of taking the next step and they not only failed.....they failed miserably.

Elflein was one of the worst guards in the league last year. To not only not replace him....but not even bring in a body that competes for the spot was ridiculous.

Hopefully Bradbury gained a ton of strength this offseason and isnt the huge liability that he was his rookie year and that will help our interior OL improve if only minimally.

Even with improvement this season over last in our interior OL, our OL is going to be bottom half of the league and will limit what this offense can do again. It will be the same thing as last year. We should be able to run the ball, can attack with play action.....but we arent going to be able to hold up in pass protection in standard passing sets.

They are taking some huge gambles on young unproven guys playing CB this year. But honestly can they really go backwards all that much over what we had last year?

But overall I think they did a good job of trying to re-tool on that side of the ball. But of course a lot rests on the rookie CB's panning out. Zimmer gets a lot of credit for being a CB whisperer.....well lets hope he finally is able to develop a legit CB this season here in MN.

I understand them giving Zimmer and Spielman extensions. Overall they both have been very solid. But IMO there couldnt have been a worse offseason to reward them. Zimmer didnt have a great 2019 and Spielman's blindness to the OL made this one of the worst offseasons he has had here.

For some reason I'm just not excited about this season.

Mattison looked a lot better than Cook. Should have spent the $63M on line help.

Yep. And Cousins is just trash. I love how trash he was last week, and his stats ended up respectable. I just ignored washington fans laughing at us and telling us exactly what im saying now. He is a loser who will stat pad when garbage time and bad teams come around. Its as simple as that.

Fuck do we suck.

Like everywhere. Entire D. Kirk. Bisi and Irv look like hot garbage. Not even getting Dalvin going. Just terrible.

Unwatchable.

Keep playing like this and maybe we have Trevor Lawrence behind center next year.
