Must of thinking of another team, Rams are good in the draft, don't even need a 1st
His drop in the endzone of the Super Bowl too
It's early, give it time.
Your wife handle the budget at home? It's the same concept.
Not even sure how the Rams get the cap space to pay for the draft. Going to have to get Goff or Donald to restructure there contracts. Most likely cost them down the road. Failing to get those players to restructure they are screwed.
I'm thinking the only reason the Rams didn't get a 1st is because buttchin already gave up all his 1st's last year. I half expect Belichick to fleece O'Brien out of Watson for a practice squad RB and a bag of deflated footballs.

I'm swimming against the tide here, but IDK that what O'Brien did was so stupid. They are paying Cook 8 million. Lets see other wide receivers making that kind of money.

Only a couple have resumes that come close to Cooks. His stats last 5 years.

Up until last year when injuries derailed him, he was a regular 1000 yard WR. With different QBs, different offenses, different teams. He was really solid. The risk is injuries of course, but if he avoids them he's going to be a steal of a deal. Second round pick is stiff, but draft picks are a crap shoot. Especially WRs.
The real idiots in this trade are the Rams and it's not even close. If Cook blows the Texans can drop him with no cap hit, if he hits they can keep him on the cheap.
His contract isnt an issue but giving up a 2nd and 4th for guy on his last mile when you could get a young talented WR in the 2nd on a rookie contract
You got that wrong, they got a fourth and gave a second. Cook is only 26, so not exactly on his last legs. Personally feel rookie WRs often bust, I could easily make a long list. Not a single rookie WR went for a 1000 yards last season. It's a gamble for the Texans, but could pay off nicely. His contract isnt an issue but giving up a 2nd and 4th for guy on his last mile when you could get a young talented WR in the 2nd on a rookie contract
Very good trade for the Rams, damn. O'brien must be drinking those delivery margs here in Texas.
