Impossible to truly compare. As it stands now . David Johnson.
while Kyler Murray is likely to have a top 8 year with massive upside imho.
the drop off in qbs is much less usually than rb. Even as a plodding wheelbarrow. If he's the guy in Houston, and likely is with that albatross contract. I'll take Watson's Rb, who can catch.

Redraft, I'll take that RB every single day, don't care what the other variables might be.
Dynasty, I'll take Murray everyday. Absolute best case, you've got 2, 3 at most, seasons of POTENTIALLY decent RB production. And I say potentially very heavily. Personally I think he's still got a couple RB1 seasons in his pocket. But even if I thought that a potential decent RB MIGHT be enough to turn a season from maybe win now to definite win now, I'm not so sure DJ is the guy I'm gambling that on. I'd take the QB who is gonna be the guy for a decade. Maybe he never joins Mahommes and Watson at the top of the heap. Maybe he's always in the next tier down, but always knocking on the door. Youre gonna get a helluvalot more out of him, for a much longer time.

FF ADP calculator has Murray at 59, DJ at 75, so yeah, that's accurate. But they also have the unemployed Freeman at 74, so...not so sure that any information to be gained at this point is going to be relevant come August

Kyler I would definitely consider at the right price. Personally i'm not sure David is even better than Duke he's lost a few steps and I going to be cautious about drafting any Texans in the first 7 rounds of re-draft this year.

Zona is in a tough defensive division. Rams twice. Niners twice. Seahawks are no slouches on D either. Thats half of Kyler's schedule.
