Depends on where you finish but, yeah, it might. Unless you're bottom 6-7 though you're unlikely to get a player as good as Duchene.

No Oilers on the list. I'm not a big fan of Bouchard and I guess Craig isn't either, but I'm surprised Broberg couldn't crack the top 50.

I watched most Sweden games at the WJC and I can't say I noticed him once.

Agreed. Same here. But he is an 18 year old defenseman playing in the 3rd best league in the world and holding his own.

Not even saying he IS a top 50 prospect but I'd rather have him than several players on this list.

I'll take your word for it - i've watched negative two minutes of SHL action this year.

But I do think the list is supposed to show who's closest to NHL-ready more than who he thinks is best. If that's the case then he may well be right (and he's tweaking the notoriously laid-back Edmonton fans to boot).
