Congrats Ken.
I'm going to write a book also. I'll wait until I retire (soon)
It will be called "Why am I Alive" (unless I wait too long)
I have been exposed to every hazard known to man. I'll give you guys a chance to read. It will not be boring.....
Ohh great we will have another poster that will post in 4 paragraphs what they can say in six words. Just remember when posting in a football forum we don't always need the long drawn out back story. Give us the meat and potato's post the damn thing and move on.

I would rather have the long drawn out book than the misleading half sentence that some write in. Nothing like seeing someone type "what a terrible day" with zero context to why that is.

Or just more related to on here when a question is asked and all someone gives is a 1 word answer. Kind of hard to continue the conversation when well that pretty much ends it.

I can write - but i'm not a writer.
I absolutely agree with you (smartass!)
I will not fill with fluff. If I cannot fill a book with memorable experiences, I'll not present it for publication.
Thanks for the inspirational advice (smartass!)

Okay but when squawking about worst division in the league or any subject that is subjective and not based on fact, ask the damn question and move on.

The Patriots lost this game 38-34. The Colts were down 21-3 and then the officiating kicked in. Even in 2007, there was a sense that these Patriots could control the league for the near future. The game was played in Indy and the officials were not going to disappoint the fans and let the Patriots stomp Peyton Manning in a championship game in his home dome.

The Patriots had never been behind in the game and the Colts were moving the ball in small bits but with 3:00 left, the Colts were starting to bog down and the easiest way to make sure they don't get into a tie with a FG is to call a roughing the passer. 15 and a first down instead of 4th and 10 on the 30. Give Brady 3 minutes anywhere and he'll cut your throat.

1st and 10 on the fifteen and it took them 2 minutes to score. 38-34.

In 26 seconds the Patriots moved from their own 20 to the Colts 45. Took a time out and you have to remember who the WRs were on the Patriots. Reche Caldwell, Jabbar Gaffney, Doug Gabriel and Troy Brown. On the Patriots' final play, Brady "threw" an interception. Caldwell was cutting across the field at the 20 and he had two stepped on the defender and stopped. Brady was thowing exactly where he would have been if he hadn't stopped. Typical of Caldwell, he had a brain fart at a critical moment and Brady gets called as the loser for an interception that should have been a completion.

I realized that CBS was showing all of the Patriots' Championship losses when I rechecked the schedule. The next game was the 2016 Denver loss. I guess they're celebrating the fact that the patriots will struggle in 2020 if there's a season.

Decided to watch some of last season's games and look at what was going on just a bit closer.

I'm starting with Game 2 at Miami. It was 87 degrees and the humidity was 95% as rain was coming in.

I just watched the first quarter and the score is 7-0 Patriots. The single biggest deficit on the team in just the second game was Patrick Chung. He was assigned to cover the TE and he just could not keep up with whomever he was covering. I can't believe that the Patriots continued to play him at Strong Safety. He was playing three to five yards off Gresicki and literally could not keep up with him. On the final play of the quarter, Fitzpatrick was sacked and they showed Gresiscki at least seven yards in front of Chung and there was noting but green. Adam Butler got the sack and saved Chung's ass.

This was Antonio Brown's first game and his stats for the first quarter were 3 targets, 3 completions, 36 yards and 3 first downs. Brady had an immediate bond with him. It's sad that he couldn't control his shit. The season might have been a lot different if Brady could have had him and Harry. For this game Brady had Brown, Gordon, Dorrsett and Edelman and the Dolphins were getting eaten alive.

I don't remember Reche Caldwell, but I do remember Ricochet Caldwell and Bug Eyes Caldwell... I hold grudges on the plays he made but not the person. If I met him I'd shake is hand.

GTFO with blaming that loss on the officiating.

Pats were up 21-3 and then they completely abandoned the run despite the facts that 1) Dillon had 49 yards on 7 carries in the first half, 2) Gaffney and Caldwell were the top wideouts, and 3) half the D was sick with the flu in an indoor game.

Brady threw 23 passes in the second half. Dillon touched the ball 1 time. That’s one with a capital L.

Above all games in the last 20 years, that loss is completely on Belichick.

Can't agree more. Belichick got in his own head and said "we need to outscore Peyton" and laid a loaf. To be fair, that's not an unreasonable position and Ricochet dropped a wide open baby in a blanket pass for a first down that should have iced the game.

Patriots lot that game because the defense ran out of steam.
4th quarter the defense was looking at each other like "you got anything left?"

Defense ran out of steam on the sidelines? Oh yeah, they were in the game without steam because the offense didn't run out the clock.

Brady lost that game.
He's a bum.
He cost us this game, a SB loss against the Eagles, and two against the Giants.
Bum.

He threw an interception to finish the Eagles game, he threw it at poor Wes Welker's back, he threw it at Caldwell's chest instead of his hands...

Bum.

Maybe that's where it all started and he couldn't trust Meyers or Neal this past season. Damn you Reche.

Brady should spend more time practicing catching the ball and not doing Ugg commercials. Dude's a bum.
