9 jalapeños, roasted.
2 cloves of garlic.
Handful of cilantro.
1 very ripe avocado.
2 juiced limes.
Salt.

@ElTexan How do you decide how much grape seed oil to use? Just to get the right consistency?

I used way less than necessary at first. Then I just added until.
Make sure you use more than you think. It’s better for it to be a bit too oily than too pasty.

I cut them in half longways and DID NOT seed them. Roasted. Then food processor. I like the taste of jalapeños better. And they are usually milder. That way the whiteys can enjoy it too. let me know how yours turned out.

I used two avocados and probably a little less oil to avocado ration get a slightly thicker consistency than what you may have had. It’s still way thinner than guacamole. Also, used 5-6 roasted seeded serranos instead of jalapeños. I will be making this regularly and putting it on my tacos tomorrow night.

Try it once with lots more oil. You may like it.

Im planning to use more oil next time. Also, used a bit of garlic powder to dial in the garlic level toward the end too. Worked well.

3 cloves of garlic. 3 lime/lemon halves. Both safflower and olive oil (because that’s all we had). 1 ripe avocado. 13 roasted jalapeños. Home grown cilantro (lots). Salt.

Came out garlic-heavy and awesome. I may have wanted to add Season All and another lime half.

I’ve made this three times now and am even using it for breakfast for avocado toast. Will definitely be a staple.
