Relax.. It will return.. Go spend more time with your family..
I’m essential, so I’m still working. I can only handle my family in small doses, other than my grandparents, and I can’t be around them.

I’ll be occupied until the Fall, but come Fall, I need football

It's too early to panic about there being no football just yet, there's months before we even should think of this decision.

We don't know how longs will look June and beyond, by then we'll have a good idea.

That being said it doesn't look promising right now, not without a vaccine which best case scenario maybe we get one in time to bizarrely play football in the spring.

but who knows? Almost every state has finally gotten it together to close up shop and get people away from each other. Maybe we eventually get on top of this, then prepare for future flare ups to knock them out before they end up like this again.

Most medical experts are still saying the vaccine is still 12 to 18 months away. I'll be very surprised if we have any college or pro football in 2020 but let's hope that won't be the case.

I think you're exactly right about no football college or Pro this season, that would be a damn shame

I wonder how many athletic programs would go belly up if a total season of lost revenue occurs?

So much for dormitory fees too. If it is all online, no need for housing!

IMO, it's not even worth trying to do. University dorms and facilities should be utilized to help with the impending issue in each state. Just my onion.

BUT, you're a fan of a big time basketball school so your withdrawals should be much easier when it comes to football. Now my withdrawals will be a serious issue with no NFL!

College football may not happen but again there is no way i see Goodell cancelling it. They may not have fans in stadiums but he will play for the exclusivity of tv and the money that would come with it if the government allows it.

Well if the 2020 season gets cancelled.. Does the NCAA give out another season of eligibility or do they say use a redshirt if you have it? If you don't good luck in the draft?

My longhorns will be in good shape either way.. Sam Ehlinger still has a RS to burn if needed.

Also if CFB season is canceled, best believe the NFL is following suit. Not sure how they can get clearance with having two 53 man roster players out on the same field, 2 coaching staffs, training staff, equipment personnel.. along with Officiating crews, field support, TV crews, Security and yes stadium personnel, even if empty.

That's a lot of people on the field..and all it takes is one player/person to get the virus and have everyone on quarantine.

I'm wearing a mask and latex gloves when I go out for my grocery shopping and truck maintenance.. Players gonna be wearing masks on the field too?

I think there's a difference, college football wouldn't make sense if the students aren't even on campus. The NFL is separate, it's own entity pretty much. If there's enough tests by then to not impact the normal population the NFL could play testing players in advance.

College is going to be tougher unfortunately

Well there is one upside to canceling the season. I wouldn't have to watch my beloved Miners struggle through another 0-12 campaign.

Hey, I'm just trying to find some positives in all this crap.

That would mean we needed this stay in your home order virus for the period of 1994-2007 or what we call After Spurrier thru to the arrival of Cutcliffe

I’ve heard coaches and commissioners say they expect to play while all the talking heads say no. One source is more reliable than the other.
