The "dining room scene" from The Miracle Worker.
For those who haven't seen the movie - Annie Sullivan is the special tutor hired to teach Helen Keller. Her parents never tried to teach her table manners; just let her wander around the table during mealtime taking things off of people's plates and doing whatever else she wanted. In this scene, Annie makes the first attempt to "explain" to Hellen how to sit and eat at a table.
