Hate to say it, but I don't have very high expectations of 2020 and I hope it doesn't make people panic about the direction of the program. Unfortunately our toughest games (aside from Michigan) are all on the road. Not counting the bowl game, I think the Huskies win 8 games unless whoever is named QB is somehow remarkable in their first season.
Im not going to say that just yet. People need to remember when he was at Georgia that oline in front of him was terrible, they couldn't protect him at all, so I can see why he's a little gun shy.
I think in the right situation with the correct staff they could take this cannon of an arm and actually turn him into something good.

My whole point of bring it up was it clearly shows CP took this kid back under the pressure of the fans whining for them to offer him again.

I agree with the analysis of the guys quoted in that article. I only skimmed it, but my biggest concern was the enormous gap between his performance under pressure versus when he had a clean pocket. I think he had around a 70% completion percentage with a clean pocket and something around 30% when under pressure.

I would say he's a guy who has elite size, elite arm strength and the rest is below average or worse. He can make absolutely incredible throws, but it's not all that frequent. I think a team/coaching staff might think they can fix his flaws, but IMO I really don't see him being a successful NFL QB.

Big loss for UW and he did more for the program than he gets credit for. I met a girl a while back who claimed to be a close relative of his told me that Barbara Hedges didn't even call to tell him he was fired. He found out from the Seattle Times. Everything I've heard about Hedges is awful. Although I'm biased because I grew up hearing from my dad that Barbara Hedges destroyed UW athletics.

Barbara Hedges was a cvnt extraordinaire. It was her PC wokeness that kept Willingham on even though he was destroying that program.

Sorry to off topic, but what is the vibe out in your area in regard to WR recruit Enema Egbuka? I'm hearing its a 3 way race between UW, Clemson, and the Buckeyes. I'm hoping we can reel him out to the Midwest with Gee Scott. I think the Buckeyes coaching staff is planting the seed out your way. This guy looks awesome.

It's down to Washington & Ohio St. imo.

Gotta love them Bucknuts coming into your territory stealing your women and top recruits!:D:suds:
I'll refrain from posting my true feelings on Ohio St. recruiting in Washington just for the fact I don't want to risk a ban on here.

Well I'm sure you'll be rooting for the Bucks when they play the Ducks early on. Then again...
