He is focused on the wrong things. Worry about winning a title. RW can be annoying at times but I really would like to see him win a title...Harden, on the other hand, I could give two shits about him

Yet, Harden is ACTUALLY playing defense this year unlike the past and he is playing really good defense.

Per NBA.com statistics, Harden is giving up just 0.87 points per possession as an isolation defender. He’s even better than that in post defense, where he allows just 0.55 points per possession and ranks in the 95th percentile. Opposing players are shooting 26.8% against him on post-ups. He's always been a good post-up defender, so don't understand this strategy.

So I guess Harden was just saying something stupid like Giannis did at the All-Star break?...not sure if he meant it like that or really is stupid haha

I saw Harden's comments. I respect the man's talents but he does come off as an enigma. The Greek Freak is a great player and doing some good things with the Bucks franchise.

Well it's not necessarily isolations that they're targeting Harden. When they say they're looking at whoever Harden is guarding as an off ball cutter or within the flow of their offensive set. I don't believe Giannis really means that their sole strategy would just be to throw it to whoever Harden is guarding and just let him take him one on one.

His post defense has always been ok because he's more engaged there and he's also really strong so he doesn't get bullied. Where he gets lost is in space and as a help defender especially.

Lastly, it's also not like Harden is guarding the opposing teams best players out there either. He'll take the weakest option and guard them. It's kind of how like Curry's defensive numbers are actually pretty decent, but you also have to take them with a grain of salt knowing that Klay's out there taking the harder assignment.

Yeah, that's the thing with Russ...as much as I don't want him on the Lakers...I'd still like to see him get one just because no one in the league plays harder than he does and he's damn fun to watch.

But Harden, yeah...fuck him.
