Good player but too injury prone for a first round pick.
Agreed!
Love that you can throw the ball up for the guy and he'll high point it and come down with it, but he does have a tendency of getting hurt

I still think the Eagles need to go after Breshad Perriman in free agency. This kid has always had the size and speed, but needed to work on his route running and consistency catching the ball. He started coming on in Cleveland late in the 2018 season after Baker Mayfield took over the job and then again in Tampa when he became the #1 guy for the last month of the season under the guidance of Bruce Arians. At this point in his career (still just 26) he is a much more NFL ready player than those first 2 years in Baltimore. This is a guy who ran 2 40's at his Pro Day under 4.3, but now he is a much better route runner, healthy (had injury issues in Baltimore) and has far less drops ... to go along with that deep speed. That's not to say you ignore the WR position in the draft should you bring in Perriman, but deep threat solved with Perriman and a returning DJax along with Ward in the slot (who's not a burner, but he's not slow either football speed-wise). You can still go WR in Rd 1 or 2, but that rookie won't have to be thrown to the wolves. Hoping JJ improves year 2 as well ... looks like the Eagles had him learning all WR positions year one instead of using him at one spot. That makes me give him a bit more of a pass ... it was a red-shirt year in a nutshell.
Liking this WR from UCF Gabriel Davis. Big kid (6'3" 215 lbs), smooth route runner and hands catcher. Not sure what round he will go in; my guess is Rd 3, but with a good Combine showing could be in play for Rd 2. For a big receiver he really separates well when the ball is in the air.

I think right now, he projects to be in the 3rd/4th rounds, but we know that the combine changes things. Good idea Rey, I like him too, as our 2nd WR in the draft.
With this WR class you may have a guy like this still around in Rd 4. There are going to be WR steals well into the 4th or 5th. I don't remember seeing a class this good and this deep since I've been following the draft ... and that's been a long time. Even the Eagles can't screw this one up ... can they?
Yup. I remember Wings had a serious crush for this guy.Wings would love that he was pimping him back in the draft a few years back. Going with a guy where I played college ball Antonio Gandy-Golden (AGG) 6-4, 220. Not a burner or overly athletic just catches everything.
We drafted Dillard. Peters can move on and we'll use the money elsewhere.
Personally I would sign as many deep threats as possible. Perriman is presumably the third most expensive WR behind Robby Anderson and Amari Cooper.
I'd look at what the Niners are going to do with Marquise Goodwin. He hasn't been reliable for them, but he can fly.
Robert Foster from Buffalo can get deep, but the Bills worked him out of the rotation for whatever reason. He'd be a cheap option.
Emmanuel Sanders is an interesting option that would give Wentz a reliable place to go with the football on the outside. He'd have been the hero of the Super Bowl if Jimmy didn't miss him. He was coming off an Achilles injury last year and is now two years removed. Would be a good vet instead of trying our luck with rookie or unprovens.
