He knows football and he can recruit. But at Colorado there's a ceiling of who would want to go there. I think he'd have to go Boise State and just get different kids. I'm thinking his biggest hurdle will be getting quality assistants. A coach with personal problems is even worse than a coach with winning problems (Clay Helton) in my opinion.

Look up the recruitment of Shaq Thompson and Tosh Lupoi or how Sark refused to fire Nick Holt until he had no choice due to pressure from the AD and boosters. Sark was a lousy HC and a lousy human being. He's right on par with Lane Kiffin who's another royal pos.
