NFL is actually keeping the matchups secret? What's their reasoning for not wanting to reveal the matchups this time?

Anyway, I predict Jacksonville will play Miami and Pittsburgh. Miami has been in London four times now and is a favorite there. Pittsburgh has not been in London more recently than non-favorites Cleveland, Tennessee, Indianapolis, Houston, Chicago, and Detroit. Detroit, however, has an outside shot.

As for Atlanta, given they already played Detroit, I expect that it will be the Raiders because of the move to LV. Raiders were in London last two years and this year has special circumstances. The Vikings, Bears, Seahawks, and Chargers have already recently been. I don't think the Packers want to play there and that's potentially too big of a matchup. It won't be Dallas losing a home game either. KC is an option because if the Raiders don't play Atlanta, they will play Denver.

As for that fourth game if Atlanta/LV, Rams? They've been in London three times now. There has been one division game at least in London four of the last five years. Could that be Rams-49ers with Rams as the "home" team?

Teams due for London
NE-not likely
Buffalo
NYJ
Dallas-not likely
GB-not likely
KC
SF

Indy and Washington last played in 2016. I see no options for Indy outside NYJ. That's not appealing. I see Buffalo/SF or even Buffalo/NYJ if LAR does not play in London and Atlanta and LV play each other.

I don't care about London but this affects my primetime predictions.
