With the NFL Combine just two weeks away, it's time to really start digging into these prospects. No better way to begin then a primer discussing the top tier talent that might be available for the #Broncos at the 15th overall selection.

Round 1 - Pick 15 - Kristian Fulton CB LSU
Round 2 - Pick 14 - Jalen Reagor WR TCU
Round 3 - Pick 13 - Jordan Elliott DL Missouri
Round 3 - Pick 19 - Matt Hennessy OL/C Temple
Round 3 - Pick 31 - Ben Bredeson OL/G Michigan

Really like it other than the 1st round pick of Fulton. Rumor has it the guy has a major shoulder injury. I also worry about his fit within this defense as he is not exactly known for his desire to help in the run game and be a consistent tackler.

What about Stephon Diggs
26 year old on a 4 year contract? he’s a $10M a year WR. I would not send anything less than a 3rd .

Courtland will be looking for a payday after year 3

Stefan Diggs has been rumored to Denver the past month or so. As I states in the thread earlier I love Diggs and he would nake a lot of sense to play along side Sutton. He is a younger Emmanuel Sanders.

Posted that in rumors thread, but I think it makes a lot of sense too. If you can get a 26 year old Diggs for a #2, why draft a rookie with the #1 pick? Go with the proven player for a lesser price.

If Minny wants a 2nd I'd trade a 4th and move up from the 3rd. Our real 2nd we should retain who should be a nice young starter on a rookie deal.

I agree with your negotiating style. I was just suggesting that such a deal would even make sense if it was a #2 pick - not that it would be necessary to do that. Anderson would be a better target as he is a FA.

Yeah brought up Robbie's name early this year as a target. I bet he's looking for same $10M a year.

Makes little difference if the receiver still blows past his defender....

Speed plus agility is best, but even straight line speed has the potential to “kill”.

I really want to stay away from the grass is always greener with other team players. I want to draft this team we are building. we have already had two solid drafts. Let's make it 3 in a row!

Our Head coach has shown the ability to pick up other teams players on the D side of the ball and do magic. So we might just need one solid draft on the O side of the ball.

I will not be that worried about FA this year I want our own players signed I get it I in the minority on that oh well.

I agree but I have to admit that there are some interesting players in FA Agency. I think there are some areas we need veteran players even on 1 or 2 year deals. I think an area we need a veteran is WR with speed.

what is going on with NFLdraft.com usually by now they have all the players up for the draft.

NFL.com sucks crap this last year they were changing the site to work with phones same with DenverBroncos.com and have wiped out the Experience.

I use to go to both places once a day now it is once a month it is terrible now.

What are your thoughts then if we took Trevon Diggs at 15?
