Excited about this hire. It's very important IMO to have good offensive minds around Drew Lock as he develops.. Guys with experience. Shula and Shumar are perfect for the development of Lock. Both never made good head coaches but both are good at what the specialize in.

Seems like an experienced QB Coach will help out. I'm hoping that the guy can bring Allen/Rypien along as well. We need one of those two guys to be a strong back up that is capable of running an Offense that has been built around Lock.
