When's the last time Canucks fans were happy that the Bruins won?

That is a very good question. A little part of me would have been OK with Vegas winning tonight so everyone would wonder why the 1st place team in the Pacific had nobody at the ASG.

Heard that about Gritty. My question is why wait until now to say that? If that did happen you should have mentioned it at that time.

The Philadelphia Flyers are currently 11th of 31 teams in the league.

They do not currently hold a playoff spot.

It all balances out, my friend. The Flyers back in the 2009-10 season made the playoffs in the Eastern Conference with 88 points. The Flames with 90 points in the Western Conference did not. Those same Flyers got hot and made it all the way to the Stanley Cup Finals where they lost to the Hawks.

Spoken like someone who doesn't really understand the pull that Gritty has. That kid is going to wish he'd crossed the Clintons instead if the Grit Squad ever gets their frilly little paws on him.

Seriously? Do you know the scrutiny and hatred people face when they accuse a mascot of abuse? Then even if its brought to trial the mascot rarely gets a serious punishment. Remember The People Versus The San Diego Chicken? Even though he/she/it was found guilty on all 14 counts, the jury was so amused by him/her/it that they suspended the entire sentence.

Not the first time a San Diego mascot held sway in a government building.
