When we measure greatness, are we supposed to measure you on what you’ve actually accomplished or what you could have accomplished? I feel like Rodgers fans want to rank him higher than he deserves based on potential. I’d like to see actual results.

So you're gonna ignore all the extra games those QB's played compared to Rodgers? Marino has a worse playoff record (and no ring) than Rodgers. Yet you don't have an issue with that.

Based on potential? Don't make me laugh. Rodgers isn't some 1st or 2nd year player trying to make a name for himself. He's a 1st ballot HOF lock. Not my words. People in sports media say that. And his career rating is higher than Marino, Favre or Manning.

Wouldn't it just have been easier to say you dislike the guy instead of going against what his career numbers say compared to the other 3 HOFers already mentioned?

Nobody said he isn’t a HOFer. The question is whether he is top 20. I may be willing to concede that he is top 20 but it’s clear that he is not as good as Packers fans hope/believe he is.

Well his career rating says he's kinda good. And it's not just Packers fans saying he's good or easily a top 20 qb. I get it, you don't like him. To each their own. I like watching all the good qb's play. Well except for Brady because he went to meeeechegan.

I actually enjoyed watching Rodgers quite a bit in his prime. He made some plays that were truly incredible. And he did it consistently.

What annoys me is the constant talk as if he belongs in the conversation for greatest of all-time.

Rodgers is simply average. He rarely shows up for big games lately and it's likely that his career is trending downwards at this point. It was a nice run, but his top 20 all time days just never surfaced.

Can't say I've ever seen anyone say he's in the qb GOAT conversation. Just wondering exactly who has said that? AR's a damn good qb. But he's not in the GOAT conversation in my opinion.

Brees is not a top 5 either... Brees and Rodgers are both in the same level... Both behind... Maybe Brees is a little higher thanks to longevity...
