not privilege... its just a woman who cant edit herself... she has a big mouth and always gets in trouble with it... that's kind of the point of the show... she is a good comedian... but its because she can just talk and talk...

her parents are still the best thing about the show

and I thought season 3 did a great job of building on the Susie character.

I think she's better than Joan Rivers but I think that's because it's written for the 60's with today's mentality.

joan rivers was a pretty decent comedian... she just has a carrot top feel to her... don't know why... But if you just listened to her stand up, you would think she is funny...

that's what I had heard to

definitely a different style of comedienne than Rivers, but I can see how they have Midge breaking down walls and getting recognized for her own style.

I am also forever sad for Lenny Bruce.

Yes, she really was quite funny but it was definitely the classic one-liner type of comedian with much less "social commentary"

I'm going to have to watch the last episode or 2 of season 3. I just read the synopsis of the season 3 final episode on Wikipedia and only remembered the ending.
