Oh.

GAWD

Becky.... Look at those NUTS.

Pop can be so mean. Clearly, she wasn't scared to push the issue and it had a pro-Spurs affect on the outcome.

Good for her.

I saw the first few episodes, but then had football viewing conflicts and forgot to watch on demand to get caught up.
Cliffhanger ending, which isn't surprising.

I just hate it when movies/TV shows leave it so ambiguous.

It's not Sopranos level, up for interpretation.

More like....... the Joker Movie.

I was 99.9 % certain about the Joker ending, until I discussed it with the 2 other dolts I watched it with...lol

I still lean towards my original conclusion. But, at least we are getting a part 2 to settle the debate.

Fuck you, HBO!

Lakers fans that are actually FROM California, I have a question for you:

This is not a shot at non-Angelinos. It's just that you have no idea about this dynamic, unless you are from here.

If Tom Brady goes to the Chargers, isn't that more like Kawhi going to the Clippers as opposed to LeBron going to the Lakers?

I get the whole GOAT picking lifestyle over winning debate...

But, the Chargers might be the only team in LA that's ignored, hated more than the Clippers.

Yes, Rams aren't an alternative. But, the Raiders are.

They could move to Saskatchewan and would still be LA'S Team.

Thoughts...

@Mecca

Conor's back. lol
Holy shit....lol

Connor, Rousey, Tyson are the only fighters that I don't complain about ending my pay per view in record time.

I'm more disappointed if it goes to the 2nd round.

Non-Angelino, but I would say it's more like Namath going to the Rams. Besides, the Raiders are now a Nevada team. Maybe more like Gannon going to the Raiders? Tom is at the very end of his career, just looking for a brief shot at the playoffs with a team ready to do so with some QB help. Is Tom really that much better than Rivers right now? Can Tom absorb the amount of hits he will get away from the Patriots? Rivers had a (marginally) better passer rating, better completion %, more yards passing, more yards/attempt, similar TDs, but a shit-ton more INTs (largely late game rally killers it seemed).

not seeing the Raiders giving up on Carr just yet...

the Chargers imo would be hilarious considering where Brady currently is in his career. might as well hang onto Rivers...

either way i personally wouldn't care considering i dislike the Rams, and despise the Chargers and Raiders...

Bro, Raiders could move to Mars.

They'd still be LA'S Team.

It's impossible to understand the dynamics unless you lived thru them.

Lakers, Raiders, Dodgers....NO MATTER WHAT.

The only teams with any wiggle room are USC and UCLA.

If it's basketball, UCLA has a solid fan base.

Otherwise, forget about it.

USC.

The Chargers are the Clippers in LA.

There’s a similar phenomenon going on in the NFL where the Los Angeles Chargers, who once were adored by the people of San Diego, can no longer even sell out a soccer stadium consistently. Because of this, they’ll now share an arena with the Los Angeles Rams, a team who is just seven months removed from a Super Bowl appearance.

Now, Cube is calling for a relocation of the team, saying that other cities deserve to have a team they can love, according to Arash Markazi of Los Angeles Times:

“The Clippers are like your cousin who moved in and starts thinking it’s his house because he’s been there for so long,” Cube said. “I really think they should move the team. We didn’t ask them to come here. I think it’s unfair to so many cities in America who don’t have a team like Seattle that we have two teams here in L.A. They should move because it’s never going to happen for them here. They may have a blip on the radar every now and then, but it’s never going to be their city. They should just get out and take the Chargers with them.”

Cube then went on to compare this situation to that of the Chargers, saying that it makes no sense they’re going to be sharing a stadium with the Rams. And even if they did, they’ll never be loved in Los Angeles like the Oakland Raiders:

It’s not a surprise. You didn’t need to be a marketing genius to predict this would happen. You just needed to be from Los Angeles. Chargers owner Dean Spanos isn’t, and didn’t listen to anyone from Los Angeles when he decided to move the team here.

Any Raiders love in LA is misplaced to some degree IMO. The Raiders used LA to try to get a better deal in Oakland (which of course didn't work out in the end). If the fans love being cucks, I can't help that. They were fawning over a girl that was semi-available but ultimately was always going back to the old boyfriend.

Watching them debate it on Get Up after Brady was spotted with Marc Davis at the UFC fight and Phillip Rivers moved to Florida.

Their spin is that he comes West for lifestyle reasons and specifically compared him signing with the Chargers with Bron to the Lakers.

I don't see it the same. Sure, you could use the narrative that Brady didn't have a 2nd option, like Kawhi.

That's fair.

But, the Chargers are the Clippers and not even Brady can change that.

Might get it too.

I remember being so mad at her when she played for Russia in the Olympics.

But, it was never going to happen for her on Team USA with Bird, Lawson, Katie Smith.

Plus, Russia was paying her 500k a year in 2008 and gave her a 4 year deal.

Who am I to throw stones?

This was a beyond shitty call. Took a minute to decide to challenge. According to the nba, you have 30 seconds to decide on challenging a play

Ok...but Love actually performs on the court as a 1 or 2.

And how has that worked out for those teams?

Really not any differently than this year’s Warriors.

Cowboy was hilarious after the fight when he was said something like "Damn, I got my ass kicked this fast?"
