Maybe in the past...Like Football Offense is way more important...The leagues realized boring defensive slug fests are boring to watch awhile back, and the rules have been put in place to greatly benefit offense. How many 100+ point games did you see back in the day?

I prefer to look at total win share, as both together tells you the most complete picture. Love wins that one as well, but Green isn't much competition...Him and TT are similar type of players, that might be a better comparison for fairness
TT might be better. Green compares more to Nance.....

Green - 29.2 min, 8.4 ppg, 6.3 rpg, 5.6 apg, 38.1 FG%, 12.2 PER, 0.8 win share, 97/108 offensive/defensive rating player

Nance - 24.2 min, 7.9 ppg, 6.8 rpg, 1.6 apg, 50.7 FG%, 15.2 PER, 1.8 win share, 118/112 offensive/defensive rating

lol... we're talking Love vs. Draymond... and you're claiming those who would take Draymond are living in the past?

Love is a plodder.
Maybe we should do Love vs. Baynes?

I get wanting him gone after 0-16, but Hue took over a 3-13 team who openly said they were tanking. Also ended up playing a 3rd round, 3rd string rookie QB. You thought they should improve?

Yes they should have shown some improvement. Instead Hue Jackson with his record of 3-36-1 became by the #'s the worst coach in NFL history. In 2.5 years his win total was 1, 0 & 2.

This is at least the 2nd time his team got absolutely destroyed in a road playoffs game. Happened a few years ago vs the Falcons. Not good for a "great" QB
I guess....but in neutral SBs, Elway was steamrolled a few times. He's pretty good.

There is 5 minutes left in the 3rd quarter.

SF has 242 yards rushing already.

Not sure what the Championship game rushing record is, but SF is going to get it.
didn't you also say no way KC could stop Henry?

To be fair, I think there was an assumption that he was something relatively new, but that defenses would catch up to him. But they haven't.
Also to be fair, most real NFL guys didn't see this coming either.

Hell, Shanahan needed a QB and could have taken him.

You thought a team that was just 3-13, released nearly all their overpaid vets and had to play a 3rd string rookie QB should have been better? FO even told owner it might be best if he stayed away from games for a year or 2. come on.

Guy was 8-8 in Oakland with Jason Campbell as his QB.

They had next to no signs of improvement under Jackson. How long did you expect them to tank under his leadership, forever? Yet once he was fired things changed. 2-5-1 with Jackson in '18. 5-3 without him.

Tend to agree.

Not that Hue Jackson was necessarily a great coach. But you can't give a coach a crap roster and expect him to win.

It amazes me that so many organizations will make multiple coaching changes without addressing the roster or the person who put the roster together. Then they're surprised and want to fire the coach again when the next guy can't win either.

I wasn't a Hue Jackson fan when he was hired in the first place. So maybe I'm being a little over critical of him. Didn't like the guy. And the fact he ended his tenure in Cleveland as the worst coach in the history of the league is enough for me to say he failed in all areas.

Had no issue with him being fired. But nothing was expected in his first year.

didn't help Haley was forced on Jackson and goal was sabotage the coach.

There's just so much dyfunction with our team it's frustrating. Things keep changing & the results stay the same. Sadly Haslam's the real problem. And there's nothing that can be done about it. Too bad he can't be fired.

Wasn't upset when they did fire him, but to not give him the second year would have been absurd with the hand he was dealt.

My issue with him was he came across as a douche in pressers. Didn't know when to shut up. I have no doubt they win 8-9 games with him in charge this season. Freddie is just that dumb.
