I put Fleck high because of really 2 reasons.

1. He didn't inherit talent. Minnesota hasn't had double digit wins since 2003. Minnesota hasn't had more than 10 wins since 1904. Fleck is doing something there.

2. He has never had a season regress. Obviously I think this will happen, but the extent is what will truly determine how good he is. Still in 7 years, 2 schools... never having a worse season than the prior year is somewhat impressive.

No respect for Harsin?

Granted he did inherit talent, but still going...

12-2
9-4
10-3
11-3
10-3
12-2

is impressive and shows that he can truly keep it going at this point.

Unlike Petersen, he gets frequently pounded by high end P5 schools though.

I don't get the knocking coaches for inheriting talent. especially if they're taking over a team who fired their previous coach for poor results.

Dan Mullen inherited talent, but he's done oh so much more with the talent than Jim McElwain ever did.

He loses the big games, and some not so big games.

He's kept Boise State as a solid program, but he doesn't have them at the elite level they were under Petersen. He's kinda let other G5 programs catch up with Boise.

Not clever, and shows an inability to follow simple directions, and a waste of everyone's time.

Yes, I mean I’m sure the 10 seconds you “wasted” reading my post could’ve been spent on you coming up with more ways to get pissed at other people with lists you don’t like.

In any event, MY list is purely objective. No opinion in it whatsoever. But I guess facts are harder to discredit, so “nah nah nah nah nah nah, you didn’t follow my directions” is your best “rebuttal”.

Saban is still better than Swinney without a doubt in my mind.

Saban lost by 5 and put up 40 on LSU. Clemson got clobbered. Facts.

It isn't knocking coaches for inheriting talent, it is an acknowledgement and appreciation for knowing that achieving at a high level from a place with little to no talent is more impressive than going to the school with the most talent and still succeeding.

Nah, when it's a top 10 list, and you make a top 3 list, it's pure laziness, which is disgusting.

It was a top 10 list. There was a 123-way tie for 8th. How would you propose that tie be broken? Give credit for “almost”? In that case, Kirby wins.

Almost getting it done has been UGA’s motto for some time.

Dan did an unbelievable job at Miss St but he is another guy that can't seem to win the big game. This year is the year for him and Florida imo. If they can't win the East this year or compete for a CFP spot this year of all years...he will always be known for not winning the big one and getting over the hump

What are you talking about? First you come in here being a lazy slob, now you're waxing incoherently about something that has nothing to do with the topic at hand. Pay attention now, I know it's hard being from Alabama and all, but I'm just just saying to try and that I have faith in you.

They won't beat UGA next year.

So did Saban, the difference is we aren't excited about it.

And you shouldn't be, seeing as Bama has won multiple Natl Titles in the 6 years Fleck has been coaching, and what has his average recruiting classes been ranked over the last 6 years?

Have Fleck's EVER cracked the Top 40?

If you can't beat the best team in your conference, that's a problem.

Isn't part of being a college coach recruiting?
