Why though? Because it isn’t PC? Chicks have already screwed things up by allowing them into the clubhouse or a locker room right after the games. Players are already forced into wearing a towel after the game so it doesn’t upset female reporters, why do they have to take instructions from a person who hasn’t played baseball since they they were premenstral. It’s no different than players now getting upset their bosses being Ivy League degrees that haven’t stepped on the diamond since they were in little league either.

Pro level, nah, let's keep the dealing with to gay dudes getting to feel as comfortable as their teammates in a locker room. That's a situation that seems kinda worthy, long term, as humans. Not teams grandstanding trying to pretend someone that didn't play the sport at near the level is worthy of being an instructor without a crazyass resume.
