No talking about the end of the game. One controversial call does not override 5 Bundesliga losses and 7th place right now. They have huge issues and one is still coaching it seems. I thought not til yeserday. Tactically horrible yesterday especially in central defense. When Breel Embolo came on, Gladbach became the dangerous team. This is when Pavard should have came on for Javi. At the end, Javi reckless play was due to lack of speed and cost them the game. The other was not getting Coman out for Gnabry. Where were Pavard and Gnabry? Are you really saving them for a meaningless game against Spurs?
P.S. The goal did not cross the line so no issue with that. Just a great play be the goalie.
I am not here sugarcoat this team and make excuses anymore. Decisions beyond the field have been bad too. No real decent transfers in awhile either. All in all: bad coaching (at times), unachieving, and inconsistent players and undisciplined too at times, and poor management have set this all in motion.
One more thing: give Lukas Mai a fucking start in central defense. The Spurs would be a good opportunity. I will say here that it will happen. If not, Flick is even more of any idiot than I think today. Give Davies a shot at left wing too.
Yet they said, when crowing about the goal line tech, that any part of the ball that crossed the line would count as a goal and part of the ball crossed the line. Before the Glabach goalie reigned it in, that is.
