Rashaad Penny Season is over.

He has a ACL injury and this late in the year i would say thats it for him. He was starting to be who we all hoped he would be all he needed was the touches. Now it looks as if thats it for him. Now no hard facts yet other than it's a bad knee injury and it's the ACL. Sounds like seasons over for him. Tough loss and tough break for Penny. This hurts the Hawks a lot.

They are saying sprain right now. Probably done for the season though.

sucks, but it could be worse. a sprain probably wont require surgery and he will be ready by training camp, i assume.

these injuries are so weird, it didnt even look like anything happened.

Hopefully it's only a sprain or he may not play next season either with the injury this late into the season... This really sucks because he was finally finding his groove...

that is what a sprain is. Now the issue is it could be very minor but still that's 4-6 weeks so his season is most likely over. The way Penny was rolling around i wouldn't think it was Minor.

I have Turf Toe which is a sprain to my joint connected to my big toe and it hurts like crazy...

I got that before, Makes walking hurt like crazy. Running is out of the question also when you get turf toe.

Rashaad Penny suffers torn ACL, out for season

Running back Rashaad Penny will miss the rest of the season after suffering an ACL injury in Sunday night's loss to the Los Angeles Rams, coach Pete Carroll said Monday. An MRI revealed Penny tore his ACL and has additional damage to his knee, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported, per a source.

I said before we should have signed him to that one year deal while we had the chance. If he is available this offseason I think we should go for it but I would imagine there will be more competition for him now that his suspension season is over

We’re getting smacked by the injury bug at the wrong time right now ... Kendricks out, Clowney out, Penny done for the season... Now I heard Clowney needs surgery but he’s gonna postpone it until after the season, so he’s not at 100 percent....
